I removed my diving board and now it's your chance to add to your pool for a low cost! The base is a techni-spring style steel base that retails for $470 without the board. The 6' fiberglass board is showing some age as it has cracked along the lower edge revealing the plywood core...although it was quite capable of supporting my 250 pound nephews without fail. Room for rent in a beautiful home in the Greensprings area of Ashland (25 minutes out of town). My home sits on 4 wooden acres, I have horses, goats, chickens, a pretty pond with a waterfall...it's country heaven.

You'd get a pretty good sized room with a hardwood floor, decent closet and exclusive rights to a large bathroom. Share the kitchen and/or other parts of the house if you're neat and pick up after yourself. All utilities are included, storage available. If you want to opt in for wireless internet or our TV, chip in a little more.

I'm looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, non-smoking, must be an animal lover because we have a few. Ideal for a student, or a professional person who wants to enjoy the good life in the mountains. Since I have a teenage daughter (who is mature and very quiet), this is only available to a female candidate (sorry guys, don't mean any disrespect!).

The Thistle is a classic, open hulled, racing class sailboat (dingy class). It is 17 feet long and has a large sail area for it's hull weight which makes it a fast boat. This isn't really a family boat, it is a performance boat best sailed with 3 crew. There are active Thistle Fleets in Seattle, Portland and Eugene, and the Thistle Pacific Championship was held on Howard Prairie Lake in 2008.

This boat is Hull #2543 built in 1976 by Clarke, it has been registered with the Thistle class for racing. It has a fiberglass hull and spars and an upgraded aluminum mast and boom. I bought this boat from a guy in Portland who had been restoring it for a while, he refinished all the mohogany wood trim, and put beautiful new bottom paint on it (green). When I bought it I upgraded the rigging hardware, bought all brand new lines, and new sails (still has old spinnaker). Has a nice cover. A lot of love and $ has been put into this beautiful boat, I would guess $5,000 total invested. It has an older trailer that has been modified with a hull cradle to protect the boat.

This boat is ready to sail and race and needs no work done to it. The only thing that would be wise to do is have the trailer bearings checked before hauling any long distance. The boat and trailer are titled in Oregon, but it needs updated tags.

I will try and add pictures soon. Available upon request. $3,000 takes her! Price is pretty firm as I am selling at a loss of what I put into it...labor of love I guess. I have two babies no and just dont have time for the lake. Would love to see her remain a local boat.

12 year old beautiful Quarter Horse Thoroughbred. He has an amazing personality!! Loves to be with you and to be loved on. Has done ranch work in the past, but we have used him on trails and in the arena. He has been used with cows by Howard Prairie. He has smooth gaits, and a great "whoa" and is not spooky. Goes through water, over bridges, and through brush without a problem. We rode him in the Redwoods as well as bareback with only a halter on at the beach. He gets along very well with other horses and our mini loves him =). He does have some soreness though. Last summer we rode him with shoes and he did fine, but have not been able to ride him recently. If you can take care of his soreness and give him a loving home, you'll have an Excellent horse! We are asking $600 but are also open to trades (round pen, etc) ...let us know what you have!

Hello, looking for some trails to ride close to Grants Pass. Maybe an hour away depending on how good the trails are. We ride at Elk Lane and Cathedral but are looking for somewhere new that isn't hard but need something that is longer than 2 miles. Plus was wondering if anyone has been riding out at Lily Glen or Howard Prairie this time of year and if so how is it? Thanks for any input and Happy Trails.

Last summer we rode him with shoes and he did fine, but have not been able to ride him recently. We really hate to sell him as he is such a sweet horse but we can't afford any vet bills to find the problem. When we did have the vet come he said there was no laminitis and the farrier said his feet looked really good with no swelling. It may be something very small, such as padded shoes. If you can take care of his soreness and give him a loving home, you'll have an excellent horse! We are asking $650 but are also open to trades (round pen, etc) ...let us know what you have!

1974 Dodge W200 4x4, 318, 4spd manual, PS,PB, New clutch past 500 miles, brand new 3" piping and flowmaster exhaust, recent tune up, Silverstar headlights, everything works, factory warn hubs, bedliner, Just registered it with new plates.
